What geographies does Payink serve?

Payink currently operates in the USA, the United Kingdom, the EU and Latin America. We have plans to expand across other geographies in the future.

Notifications and reminders

Can I select as to whether send Email or SMS notifications and reminders or both?

Yes – absolutely. We normally recommend selecting one or the other so that you do not overburden your clients, but you can customise that easily. You can also select English or Spanish as the client’s preferred language for communications.

Can I customise the payment / instalment plan to suit my business and my clients?

Yes – you can select a PayNow option for clients or spread payments over 3, 6, 9, 12 or 15 months.

Is Payink secure and compliant?

Compliance and security are at the core of our financial technology software.

Payink is GDPR (post Schrems II) and California Consumer Privacy Act compliant. Data for US and EU is separated at its core; there is enterprise-grade encryption of data; compliant user access (least privilege basis); no credit card / bank account data is stored; DPAs are updated for Schrems II GDPR compliance.

Payink is built on Amazon Web Services secure infrastructure with redundancy, scalability and resilience; it incorporates enterprise-grade encryption of data; compliant user access settings (least privilege basis); two factor authentication; DDoS / firewall protection; and no credit card / bank account data is stored.

Starting out with Payink

Will I get locked down in long term contract?

No – Payink offers flexible contracts, and you can cancel at any time by giving 90 days notice.

What do I need to start a contract?

Contact us for a brief demo where one of our customer representatives will walk you through the solution. We will provide a short, easy-to-read Order Form straight after the demo and we can set you up within 24 hours.

Do I need to replace my existing CRM / practice management software to use Payink?

No - Payink integrates with and works seamlessly with the leading CRM and practice management software providers.

Do I need to replace my existing payment processor to use Payink?

No - Payink integrates with and works seamlessly with the leading payment processing providers.

Will Payink representatives help me get going?

Yes – we can do all the set up on your behalf and we will get you up and running within 24 hours.

Can you provide some training for our staff?

Yes – we provide online training for your staff to help them get going.

Costs and discounts

How much does Payink cost to use?

There are no upfront costs. We charge subscription fee of $10.99 per firm per month plus a % fee based on the Total Processed Volume. The % is payable on the amount of funds you receive from your clients, i.e. when you start seeing the benefits from the solution.

Do I need to pay extra for the automatic reminders sent to my clients?

No – we cover those costs.

Can I get a discount if I am a member of Industry Association?

Yes - for members of industry associations that are partners of Payink, we waive the monthly subscription fees. Talk to our customer representative as part of the demo session.
